On Time Transportation, LLC was established in 1998 by Dennis and Diane Kowalski. Dennis had been in business management 30 years before utilizing his skills to form On Time Transportation. Dennis has won numerous awards for his outstanding achievements including, but not limited to, people skills, work ethics, commitment and performance. After becoming a shared lives provider in 1995, Dennis' passion for business quickly evolved into meeting the needs of people with various abilities. Dennis learned of the need for transportation, and with the help and encouragement of Diane, On Time Transportation LLC was formed. |
