They must exhibit not only excellent driving skills, but must show compassion for our consumers. Our staff is trained by the management in all areas of safety, vehicle inspection and geographical routing. They are also required to attend Recepient Rights training, Defensive Driving training and are made aware of the special needs of the individuals we serve. All drivers have cell phones for use in case of emergency. Our vehicles are well maintained and safety inspected on a regular basis. |
